The bust of an Aztec/Viking-esque princess, fabricated from mild sheet steel and wire using a combination of traditional blacksmithing and modern fabrication techniques then inlayed with brass for the tribal facepaint. No moulds or castings were used which means she's one of a kind. Merrida has been affectionately described by others as my "1980s Aztec warrior princess rock-chick" ... I quite like that description.
